Wicca/Witchcraft : Wicca/Witchcraft: Walking The Crooked Path
Wicca/Witchcraft alkhemy writes "

There are so many arguments going on at any given moment about the differences between Wicca and Witchcraft. Part of the problem is that everybody has their own definition of those two terms. For myself, I know I'm not Wiccan, because I used to be - it is the easier of the two to define, anyway. But the word Witchcraft is harder to nail down, running the gamut from another word for Wicca, through the pre-Gardnerian Mystery Traditions to a practise or way of life unconnected with any specific religion."

Note: (A former Wiccan High Priest, Peter travelled half way round the world to discover the Path he had been seeking all his life, and was rewarded with the unexpected gift of true love.)

Herbology Well as I am sure you will all see soon enough, I really am an avid gardener and herbalist. And with the final harvest close upon us.. there are likely more than a few of you who are trying to figure out what to do with all of those herbs you grew this year.

So, here is some really good information on the harvesting and preserving of herbs...kind of a how-to if you please...

Chaos Magick Theory : Chaos Magick Theory: Defining Chaos By: Mark Chao
Chaos Magick Theory Introduction

Chaos, according to the `Oxford English Dictionary' means:
1. A gaping void, yawning gulf, chasm, or abyss.
2. The `formless void' of primordial matter, the `great deep' or 'abyss' out of which the cosmos or order of the universe was evolved.

There are a couple of additional definitions, but they are irrelevant to this discussion. When chaos is used in magic, there is no place for confusion or disorder.

Deamon's Ramblings : Deamon's Ramblings: Ramblings of a Demon
Deamon's Ramblings

You ever get the feeling that you are running against a brick wall and nothing is changing? I get that way a lot when I bother to stop and surf the net, read articles and posts on this site and others. A lot of it really makes me shake my head and wonder when the world moved on and humanity lost it’s ability to stand proud.

Words to Live By : Words to Live By: Witchcraft: Veiled in Deceit
Words to Live By Let’s start off by dispelling some myths about witchcraft.

First and foremost, witchcraft is a religion. We are recognized by the government, our clergy can perform marriages, and carry the titles appropriate to our position. We do not worship satan, we are life affirming. Our belief system is earth based.

Where to Start : Where to Start: Introduction
Where to Start

[As with most viewpoints on the Craft, some will find this enlightening, and others completely bogus. Also as with most points of view, it contains some elements that might be useful, so read and enjoy]

The Ancient Art

Once upon a time, a long time ago, there were people who believed in laughter, joy and love. They believed in many deities, but the most important to them was their Great Mother Goddess. They believed in and lived with the powers of Nature. They reveled in the Wind, the Rain, the Snow and the Sunlight.

Scottish Information : Scottish Information: Scottish Clans
Scottish Information

The Clan system was the effective means of government in the Highlands of Scotland from sometime before the year 1000 AD until it was essentially eliminated by the British in 1745. It grew out of the similar system of Celtic Ireland, from whence the Scots came. What is a Clan? A leading anthropologist defines a clan as a group whose membership stipulates, common descent from a single ancestor.. A Clan might, therefore, be said to be a "bunch of cousins," but Sir Iain Moncreiffe has described the Scottish clans much more appealingly :

Druidism : Druidism: What do Neopagan Druids Believe
Druidism

Many of the members of A'r nDrai'ocht Fe'in: A Druid Fellowship, Inc. ("ADF") have come to accept most of the following beliefs. However, it's important to remember that not everyone would use the term "belief" in reference to these concepts, and that every concept mentioned has a wide variety of accepted interpretations within the organization.

Norse Beliefs : Norse Beliefs: Asatru or Norse Polytheism
Norse Beliefs

Many times when in Pagan chat rooms I have seen or used the term Asatru and nearly every time three or four people say "Asatru?? whats that?" So I decided to write an article about it. I am not an expert, but I have spent the better part of two years reading everything I could find about it on the internet (got about thirty sites bookmarked) in the public library, and have started my own collection of books.

About This Site

The Witch/Pagan Resources Logo has specific meaning behind it. It was design by Rev. C. Palmer ( Also known as Deamon Child ). The intent was to design something that symbolizes what we are trying to do by networking two or more sites into specific areas, such as the Chat Rooms, the Message Boards and anything else that can bring the online Pagan Community together.
